1. 1. Where can I find a distributor in my country?
All the Business Partners are listed in an overview. If your country is not listed in this overview, please contact The 37Company directly.
2. 2. I live in The United States of America. Where is The 37Company located?
The Surgical Company International B.V. doing business as The 37Company is not located in the United States of America and does not sell directly into that jurisdiction. The products described on this website are not available for sale to customers in the United States via this website. All inquiries or questions concerning the purchase of any of our products for use in the U.S. should be directed to the local business partner.
3. 3. Where can I find the warranty statements of The 37Company?
The warranty statements are available for download from the Business Partner Menu. Click here to download the warranty statements.
4. 4. Until what time can I pick up or deliver goods?
On business days from 9 AM until 5 PM.
5. 5. Does The 37Company currently have vacancies? Can I send an open application?

6. 6. What does the Remember me checkbox in the Business Partner Menu do?
If checked, your e-mail address and password will be automatically shown in the login screen when you return in the future, unless you log out during your session in the Business Partner Menu. You don’t have to retype them anymore.
7. 7. How come the Remember me feature does not work?
If the Remember me feature isn't working, there are two possible causes:
- The Remember me feature is cookie related
- The Remember me feature is browser dependent
Once you check the Remember me in the checkbox, a cookie is stored on your computer to remember your e-mail address and password. Once the cookies are deleted (automatically or by yourself) you have to fill in your e-mail address and password again. Settings to delete the cookies are different per computer.
2. Browser dependent
The feature Remember me is browser dependent, so if you access The 37Company Business Partner Menu from two different computers or two different browsers, you will have to log in on both computers/devices. It is also recommended that you do not check the Remember me feature if you share your computer with others.
8. 8. Who should use the Remember me option in the Business Partner Menu?
Selecting the Remember me option is a good idea if you are the only person using the computer. It is not recommended if it is a publicly accessible computer, or if you are sharing the computer with other people.
9. 9. How come I'm not receiving the e-mail to create/reset my password?
If you requested a new password/activation link but you did not receive your password / reset e-mail, please check the spam or junk mail folder in your e-mail account.
